Dear Clients and Friends,
I have spoken to many of you this election cycle describing why it is so important Floridians elect a new Governor. This year’s election is crucial to my ability to represent you and others like you who are seeking justice in the judicial system. I am asking you to vote for Charlie Crist and vote No on Amendment 3. Charlie Crist will stand up for your rights. Amendment 3 will allow Rick Scott to choose judges across Florida who will side with insurance companies and businesses instead of you.
Voting in Florida is easier than ever and there are three ways to cast your ballot.
The first is to mail your ballot in. If you have received an absentee ballot you need to mail it in no later than Tuesday, October 28. It must be received by the Supervisor of Elections Office no later than 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 4, 2014. If you forget to mail it you can bring your absentee ballot to one of the early voting locations in your county and vote an early regular ballot, or you can deliver your filled-out absentee ballot to the Supervisor of Elections office. Filled-out absentee ballots are NOT permitted to be dropped off at Early Voting sites during Early Voting or at a Precinct on Election Day. Filled-out absentee ballots must be delivered to the Supervisor of Elections office by 7 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 4, 2014.
The second is to vote early at a location in your community. You can find the polling location in your community at this website: http://www.earlyvoteflorida.org. You can vote early in your community at any location in your county this week. If you decide to vote early you’ll need to bring a photo identification card like your driver’s license.
The final way to vote is on Election Day, November 4. You can find your polling location at http://www.wheretovotefl.com.
No matter which method you choose please be sure to vote this election year for Charlie Crist and vote NO on Amendment 3.
