Todd E. Copeland Esq

Attorney Todd Copeland is the Founder and Managing Partner of Todd E. Copeland & Associates, P.A. Todd graduated cum laude in 1992 from Mercer University - Walter F. George Law School, where he earned numerous academic honors including the Bureau of National Affairs Law Student Award. Todd is also a graduate from the Institute on World Legal Problems at the University of Innsbruck, Austria.

Todd is currently the Vice President of the Florida Justice Association, a nonprofit organization that works to strengthen and uphold Florida's civil justice system and protect the rights of its citizens and consumers. Mr. Copeland has served on the FJA's Executive Committee and Board of Directors for many years. He's also served as the organizations Secretary, Treasurer, and Auto Committee Chairman. In addition, Todd has served as Director and is a Past President of the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association. He regularly participates in the drafting and lobbying of PIP legislation. Consequently, he is very up to date on all of the new changes regarding auto insurance laws.

Throughout Todd’s 22 years of practice, he has specialized in personal injury and PIP litigation. He has successfully settled a considerable amount of cases for his clients, avoiding unnecessary trial fees. Todd is committed to providing effective legal results in the shortest amount of time possible. He understands the effects of traumatic events and consequently aims to provide the best guidance possible to his clients.
